Refund policy
Return Window: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility & Return Shipping:

Defective or damaged products: If you receive a defective or damaged item, UniCart.lb will cover the return shipping cost — even if the product has been opened. This is our responsibility and we'll make it right.

Change of mind: If you wish to return an unopened product because you changed your mind, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. The item must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Since we operate on Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit — please contact us to arrange the method.
Non-Returnable Items: Opened items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
